Easy DIY Hemroid Treatment
Hemroids are painful, embarrassing and a terrible regular condition to have. The good news is, one can treat hemroids at home with the methods we’ll describe below.
Preventing hemroid flare ups is as important as caring for when they do occur. Review the points below and make sure you’re not doing any of these:
* Eating foods that can make hemroids flare up, such as caffeine, any sort of alcohol, even nuts or spicy foods.

* When on the toilet, straining or pushing

Sitz baths are an additional treatment. Just laying down to prevent muscle strain can be a good idea too when your hemroid symptoms are very painful.
Wetness|Moisture} is a bad thing for hemroids, so switch to cotton under wear to keep yourself dry. If you’re using any products that include dyes or perfumes, cease use. They will only irritate the hemroids more.
