I need to know how to lose weight fast
So you’re probably itching to know what I’m up to suddenly thinking about how to lose weight fast. Here’s the story: last week I had a rare opportunity to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did me in. By the time I reached the top, I was sweating, coughing, my face was red, and I was in bad shape. I excused myself and went into the bathroom, splashed some cold water on my cheeks, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I have to lose weight fast.
On some level, I actually feel like I’m becoming my father. He was a hugely fat man, with a great sense of humor and a devout, family focused outlook on life. But boy, he was huge. And these days I’m becoming large also. Don’t get me wrong, I love my father, but I sure would like to avoid topping 300 pounds. Because once you get that big, there’s hardly any going back.
So I’ve been doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight very fast. My wife is going to go on a diet with me, saying that she would also like to lose some weight, which will no doubt make it easier to stay with whichever diet plan we end up using. There’s a huge amount of weight loss plans out there.
I’ll keep you guys up to date on how good the weight loss program is turning out for us. I understand weight loss isn’t going to be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I can see, so I’m really going to be working hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
